Event planning: As an event planner, we are able to help you with planning and styling your special day.
Decoration: We offer assistance with consolidating your one of a kind impression into your special day by planning everything from the event’s theme, colour to its Style. In case you decide not to go with us, we can then give out suggestions and assist in putting together your lighting, flower decorations, furniture, and anything that is required to total the fantasy for your day.
Vendor’s support and overall coordination: Since we’ve been in the industry for a long time as Chicago’s top event planners, we offer a broad and proficient vendor’s network (scene, flower specialists, picture takers, videographers, caterers, performers, etc) based on your style, budget and theme choice. Our vendors are ideal and competent for any event and we have customer’s feedback to support this belief.
Contract analysis: We examine your vendor contracts to guarantee you’ve booked sufficient hours and everything is out in the open.
Joining meetings: We meet up with your vendors, do the site seeing, decor coordination and tasting to make sure that everything is to your liking. These visits that we go to for you will be limited during the planning process.
Hotel services: We do the hotel selection and room coordination
Rentals: This might involve tents, clothes, tables, chairs additionally convenient restrooms, radiators, generators, organizing, flooring, hanging among other things.

For your special day, our Planning package is not only for the day of the event but also includes about 12 hours on the day of the event and numerous hours of planning before the event as we arrange all of the required pieces to put together a smooth and hassle-free event. Our standard Month of coordination package offers:

Meeting with the client before the event to duly note all of their requirements and their expectations. No matter what package the client chooses, we try to build a close connection with them without fail.
Making sure that with the clients help we work towards bringing their fantasies to reality and to make this happen we arrange a daily schedule including clients vendors.
Reaching out and conversing with clients vendors to put a schedule in place so that everything goes on hassle-free.
Evaluating all the vendors to make sure that no aspect of the event is neglected.
Coordinating on the phone during the event week to make sure everything is ready and running on schedule.
Joining the final walkthrough meeting at the event location to evaluate and review the Banquet event order.
Performing on-site coordination and keeping an eye out for every detail during the event, from working with the vendors to making sure everything happens as scheduled.
Coordinating till all the events have been successfully executed.
Also, providing an additional assistant if the event guest limit exceeds 140 guests.
