|For your special day, our Planning package is not only for the day of the event but also includes about 12 hours on the day of the event and numerous hours of planning before the event as we arrange all of the required pieces to put together a smooth and hassle-free event. Our standard Month of coordination package offers:
* Meeting with the client before the event to duly note all of their requirements and their expectations. No matter what package the client chooses, we try to build a close connection with them
* Making sure that with the clients help we work towards bringing their fantasies to reality and to make this happen we arrange a daily schedule including clients vendors.
* Reaching out and conversing with clients vendors to put a schedule in place so that everything goes on hassle-free.
* Evaluating all the vendors to make sure that no aspect of the event is neglected.
* Coordinating on the phone during the event week to make sure everything is ready and running on schedule.
* Joining the final walkthrough meeting at the event location to evaluate and review the Banquet event order.
* Performing on-site coordination and keeping an eye out for every detail during the event, from working with the vendors to making sure everything happens as scheduled.
* Coordinating till all the events have been successfully executed.
